If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note we only offer refunds if product packaging is unopened, the product is unused, in its original packaging, and is in a perfect resaleable condition and the refund request is made within 14 days of order.
