SHIPPING OPTIONS
Our standard shipping option for standard UK Mainland order is £4.50 with DPD and we offer FREE shipping on orders over £75. This method or courier is subject to change without notice.
Orders placed before 1pm on a business day will be shipped up to 5 business days after order unless the item is stated as a pre-order and this will be longer.
If you have placed an order for a pre-order item as this will not ship till it is in stock this will include the whole order. If you wish for your preorder item to arrive separately, please place two separate orders or contact us to arrange split shipping for a cost of £4.50.
Shipping times are estimated guidelines and not guaranteed and no refund of shipping charges will be given in the event of any courier delays or non delivery.
To receive tracking notifications, please enter your email address and/or mobile number on your order. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. We will not be responsible for any orders which cannot be delivered. DPD will attempt a repeated delivery and if the recipient is still not available, the parcel will be returned after the second attempt. Please get in touch with us quoting your tracking number to arrange redelivery as soon as possible. There will be a fee of £4.50 to resend this to recipient.
CUSTOMS & DUTY
Refusing to pay these charges will result in your order being returned to us. Additionally, the original shipping cost and cost of the return shipping as well as up to a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
SHIPPING DELAYS & CLAIMS
Due to the ongoing numerous strikes, there are unfortunately many delays with postal services that are out of our control. Royal Mail have issues and staffing problems at distribution centres across the country which has in turn delayed services all over the UK.
Whilst usually Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class parcels in 3-5 business days, it is currently seemingly taking over 14 business days for some areas. If you need your order guarenteed for next day, then please select next day delivery at checkout. We cannot provide tracking on standard selected shipping. If you wish for tracking, please select next day delivery at checkout or International Tracked for International Parcels (including Ireland).
Royal Mail will only consider your parcel lost after 21 business days at this time. After this time if your order has not arrived, or for next day shipping options that have not arrived by 9pm, please get in touch at info@katiebarnesacademy.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any claims on parcels which have not arrived before this time.
Whilst we make every effort to adhere to the product delivery times outlined in our Shipping Policy, we have no control over any delays that may arise after your package is with the carrier. Although they are uncommon, delays can occasionally happen. This can be the result of bad weather, vehicle breakdown, or other uncontrollable circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for any delays with your package, hence we are unable to provide any reimbursements for incurred shipping charges.
All international orders are shipped using DHL or UPS - you will receive a shipping confirmation email (with a tracking code) once your order have been picked and packed and handed over to the courier.
Please note Katie Barnes Tool Range is not responsible for any import duties or taxes accrued.
HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER
When you make an order, we will send you a confirmation email (this is automatic and won't take long!) Please do check your junk and that your email address was entered correctly if you have not received this within 5 minutes of order. If these details are correct and you have not received an email confirmation, but have received a Paypal confirmation, please email us at info@katiebarnesacademy.com
Once you have placed your order and it is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order have been picked, packed and shipped.
In the event that there are any missing items for your order, we will email you to offer an alternative or a refund.
MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WRONG
If you have made a mistake on your order, you may be able to update your details, provided this has not already been picked, packed and shipped. You can update your details by logging into your account. If you have already received a shipping email, please email is at info@katiebarnesacdemy.com us as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend the shipment address for you if it's not too late.
Katie Barnes Tool Range will not be responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels where the incorrect address was supplied.
