You will also have access to the self paced course and course materials instantly upon purchase to study in your own time and schedule. You will have lifetime access to revisit, and work through at your pace. This will give you an attendance certificate.
To gain an accredited e-filing qualification, following completion of this self paced course above, you must attend a live
zoom
group practical assessment session with an assessor included in the price of your course. These will be included in the price of this selected option and will be held once a month. You will be sent your booking link upon purchase of your E-File. Upon successful completion of the live zoom assessment, you will gain an accredited certification. You will continue to have life time access to the course content following completion.
DO I NEED THE COURSE IF I AM ALREADY TRAINED?
You can never learn too much! Not only does this course teach an array of technical skills that are the perfect refresher course, you will also get a comprehensive understanding of everything else required to use your machine correctly from servicing and care to bit guide and learning the lingo such as RPM and torque. You can choose not to attend the live lesson and just refresh on the pre-recorded course materials.

WHAT IS A PORTABLE E-FILE?
A portable e-file is just as, if not more powerful than a mains powered e-file. It purely means that it does not need to be plugged in to be powered so you can use it anywhere without limit!
CAN I USE OTHER BITS WITH THE E-FILE?
Yes. KB Portable E-File fits standard industry size bits - 3/32 inch.
What is the warranty on the e-file?
Upon purchase of your KB E-File, you will receive a 1 year manufacturing warranty ~ The warranty is limited to the valid warranty period under normal and recommended use ~ If the machine has a manufacturing fault within one year from the date of purchase, your machine will be replaced or repaired, A refund will not be granted and a replacement or repair will be actioned, whichever is applicable to the fault. This will be determined upon sending the e-file for inspection. If the damage is caused by use as below, your warranty will become invalid and you will be responsible for any repairs or replacements, regardless of timeframe ~ A manufacturing warranty, does not entitle you to a refund.~ Your warranty is one year from purchase, and is not extended following repair or replacement ~ You must provide proof of purchase to validate the warranty.
What are the exclusions of warranty?
The following invalidate your warranty and a replacement or repair will be your responsibility ~ Unauthorised maintenance, dismantling, misuse, damage, drops, knocks, liquid injection including the use of wet wipes, antibacterial wipes and modification ~ The issue arises from improper use and care and not following the instructions in this manual ~ The serial number or any other certification has been altered ~ It is not used and maintained in accordance to the manufacturers instructions ~ Damage caused by force majeure but not limited to flood, fire, lightening ~ Theft or loss ~ Cannot prove purchase ~ Has been purchased second hand or third party.
