SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer free DPD shipping on all UK Mainland orders over £50.

Orders placed before 1pm on a business day will be shipped between 1-5 working days if in stock. Please take note if you have placed an order for a pre-order item as this will not ship till it is in stock. This will include the whole order. If you wish for your preorder item to arrive separately, please place two separate orders or contact us to arrange split shipping for a cost of £4.50.

Shipping times are guidelines and not guaranteed and no refund of shipping charges will be given in the event of any courier delays or non delivery.

To receive tracking notifications, please enter your email address and/or mobile number on your order. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. We will not be responsible for any orders which cannot be delivered. Couriers may attempt a repeated delivery and if the recipient is still not available, the parcel will be returned. You may have to collect your parcel from the depot. Please arrange this directly with the courier company. Please get in touch with the courier, quoting your shipping number to arrange redelivery as soon as possible. There will be a fee to resend this if it is returned to us.

If you select an alternative delivery place or safe place including but not limited to delivery to a porch, neighbour or a delivery locker or parcel shop, you accept liability of any subsequent loss or issues. Please note couriers are unable to open any doors to your property, therefore please select another option and do not use this option as if instructed to leave in a porch which is not an open porch it will either be left in an alternative location or returned and you will be liable for costs to be resent if returned, Katie Barnes Training Academy LTD are not liable if your parcel is lost or damaged.

Please also note that if a safe place has been declared previously on the DPD app for example the app remembers this choice, therefore please ensure if needing to change you go into the app when you have received notification of the order arriving and change your preference.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?

You will locate your tracking number in your account or on your email shipping confirmation. We recommend accessing this to track your parcel, rather than contacting us to avoid delay.

MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WRONG

If you have made a mistake on your order, you may be able to update your details, provided this has not already been picked, packed and shipped. You can update your details by logging into your account. If you have already received a shipping email, please email is at info@katiebarnesacdemy.com us as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend the shipment address for you if it's not too late.

Katie Barnes Tool Range will not be responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels where the incorrect address was supplied, if your order is returned there will be an additional shipping charge to resend.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped using DPD - you will receive a shipping confirmation email (with a tracking code) once your order has been picked and packed and handed over to the courier.

Please note Katie Barnes Tool Range is not responsible for any import duties or taxes accrued, this is set by your own country and you will be contacted by customs and made aware of how much this will be once they have received your order, please contact customs if needing to know how much this is before purchase if unsure as we are unable to provide this information.

Delivery charges paid by you are non-refundable, therefore if your order is returned, the goods only value will be refunded and not the shipping costs.

 
SHIPPING DELAYS & CLAIMS 

There are unfortunately many delays with postal services on occasion that are out of our control. Couriers often have issues and staffing problems at distribution centres across the country which has in turn delayed services all over the UK. Whilst DPD aim to deliver in 48 hours, it may take 5-14 days in some areas.

Please wait for 5 working days after your shipment confirmation to report your order as delayed, all orders delayed will need to be reported within 14 days to investigate, please get in touch at Info@katiebarnesacademy.com. If not reported within this timeframe we will be unable to support you with an investigation with the couriers and will not be able to claim a replacement or refund.

Investigations can take up to 6 working days, we cannot offer a refund or replacement within this time until the investigation has completed and a claim has been processed. Please note you may then be contacted by the courier to complete and sign a non receipt disclosure form to declare that you have not received the item and that you are liable should this later be found to be untrue.

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT IT IS NOT

Please contact the shipping company with your tracking number to dispute this. We are unable to raise claims, replace orders and investigate this if the shipping company state your order is delivered. This must be taken up directly with the shipping company.
